Style Tips

Divide your hair into two large sections

Pull a thick strand of hair from the outside of the first section over itself, and add it to the second section.

Pull a skinny strand of hair out from the outside of the second section, and add it to the first section.

Make it as loose or as tight as you want it. Keep repeating the steps until you reach the end of your hair (ref: http://www.wikihow.com/Fishtail-Braid)

Divide your hair into two large sections.

Pull a thick strand of hair from the outside of the first section over itself, and add it to the second section.Although this look works better on longer hair that doesn’t mean you can’t fake it with some clip in extensions  for added length

Micro tip!

The beauty of the Fishtail is that is doesn’t have to be perfect! The messier the better.

Like with the plait, you can gently tease bits from either side to create a more mussed up look
Remember: Spray some hairspray into your hands and rub over your plait to get that perfect bed head result every time
Have fun experimenting! x
